Outside Sales

​We are actively seeking a highly motivated and independent professionals for an Outside Sales positions, structured as a 1099-based independent contractor role. ​This opportunity begins with a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and proven sales strategies. Your core responsibilities will include conducting on-site evaluations of homeowners' properties to assess wildfire vulnerabilities, presenting our innovative solutions, and educating clients on mitigation best practices; additionally, you will represent our company at trade shows and wildfire events to demonstrate products and secure appointments. While some leads will be provided, a key expectation is for you to creatively source and develop your own clientele within your designated territory, leveraging the tools and training we offer. With only one to two exclusive sales positions available per territory and substantial market demand, we are looking for a dedicated individual willing to invest in their own success, requiring a minimum of two years of B2C sales experience and at least two years of experience in the residential construction industry. Your own transportation is required. We require candidates with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in exterior painting and general home improvements, who also possess essential experience running a crew and expertly interacting with homeowners, all while maintaining a great attitude.
