3) Eligibility: Homeowners property must be located within 90 miles from Placerville California. Must live in California. Home must be in a High Wildfire Severity Risk Area to qualify for the Grand Prize.*

4)Notification: Winners will be notified by mail, email and/or phone. Limit one prize per homeowner. Prizes are non-transferable and substitutions are not permitted.*

5) Selection: FireZone Exteriors will pick the (1) lucky homeowner, by evaluating several factors including need, background, fire risk, vulnerability and other internal determining factors. *

6) Grand Prize: (1) Winner FireZone Exteriors will provide wildfire hardening work as a contractor, to possibly include fire rated vents, fire rated paint, fire rated gutter guards and, or a combination of several of the above products in the value of $10,000*

7) Runner up Prizes:

8) Publicity/ Marketing: Winners of prizes will grant consent for FireZone Exteriors to take pictures and videos of the project and premises and use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and entry for promotional purposes in any media. *

9) Further agreement: Grand prize winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Home Improvement Contract, Release of Liability, Consent Agreement, and/or Prize Acceptance Form as needed.*

10) Cancellation: FireZone Exteriors LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify this GIVEAWAY as listed below*​

*No purchase necessary. The last day to enter is January 25th 2026. Winners will be announced on February 1st, 2026. The form must be completely filled out to be considered for selection. The grand prize winner's property must be located within a 90-mile radius of Placerville, CA, to be considered for selection. The chosen winners must consent to the use of their name and city in promotional materials and advertisements. The grand prize winner also agrees to provide video testimony and approval for video and pictures of the project to be used in marketing and sales materials by FireZone Exteriors LLC. The Grand Prize Winner's home will be evaluated by FireZone Exteriors LLC, and a proposal will be presented to the homeowner in the value of $10,000.00. The homeowner and FireZone Exteriors LLC must mutually agree to the scope and nature of work, which will be put into a home improvement contract and presented for approval to the homeowner. If no agreement can be made, the prize will be forfeited. The contract value that will be provided is the value of $10,000 at no cost to the homeowner. Work will be completed no later than December 31st, 2026.  A contract agreement and photography and media agreement must be signed by the grand prize winner. Runner-up winners will receive their prizes via mail delivery and will be notified by email and phone. Winners will also be announced on our website and social media advertisements.  Cancellation: FireZone Exteriors LLC, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify this GIVEAWAY if (a.) a natural disaster or other significant causes beyond the control of FireZone Exteriors LLC corrupt the administration, security, or proper operations of the GIVEAWAY; (b.) fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the GIVEAWAY as determined by FireZone Exteriors LLC in their sole discretion; and (c.) any other circumstances, as determined by FireZone Exteriors LLC, significantly impact the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the GIVEAWAY.
